1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop.

A consumer within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Contracting Party and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of our products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to the customer to place an order.

By submitting your order you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded when we accept your order by an order confirmation via email or by shipping the goods.

Before submitting your order, you can review your entries at any time and correct them using the provided functions.

3. Contract Language and Storage

The contract language is German.

Order data is stored in accordance with statutory regulations. You will receive the order confirmation with all relevant contract information by email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT.

Any additional shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process and on the “Shipping & Delivery Information” page.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Delivery times are based on the information on the respective product page or the shipping information.

If several items with different delivery times are ordered, we will ship them together where possible. In this case the longest stated delivery time applies.

6. Payment Methods

The following payment methods are available to you, subject to availability:

Payment processing is handled by the respective payment service providers.

7. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Transport Damage

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt.

If there is obvious transport damage, please report it directly to the carrier if possible and inform us promptly.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.

If a delivered item is defective, you are entitled to the statutory rights to subsequent performance, reduction, withdrawal or damages, provided the legal requirements are met.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.

In the case of slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

11. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal.

12. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
