Shipping

We ship all orders reliably and quickly with DHL.

Orders received and paid on business days by 1:00 PM are usually dispatched the same business day. Later orders are processed the next business day.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation including DHL tracking.

Delivery Area

We deliver within Germany.

Shipping outside Europe is currently not possible.

Please note that in individual cases, delays may occur at DHL due to public holidays or increased demand.

Tracking

After dispatch you will automatically receive an email with your DHL tracking number, so you can follow the current status of your delivery online at any time.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service in advance.

The cost of the return is borne by the customer, unless there is a statutory warranty or a justified complaint.

Delivery Notes

• For prepayment, the delivery time begins after receipt of payment.
• If you order several items with different delivery times, we will ship them together where possible. In this case the delivery time is based on the item with the longest delivery time.
• No delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.
